Recalling the lambda notation…

Finally I updated the code of BackLinks and BackLinksMenu for Trac 0.11.x!

As you know, Trac 0.11.x has changed its plugin system, so the old plugins based on Execute() function are not compatible anymore.

And now… get ‘em!
